One point is earned for deliberately and mutually working out with a partner who is engaged in the same activity. Another way to score this point is working out with a personal trainer.
Three points are scored for filling in your score in the app the same day (before midnight).
Two points are scored for filling in your score in the app before noon the following day.
One point is scored for filling in your score in the app before midnight the following day.
Three points are scored for reporting the same day (before midnight).
Two points are scored for reporting before noon the following day.
One point is scored for reporting the day’s results and the week-to-date total to your Fitness Game Team within 24 hours.
Week ending points total MUST be reported by noon on Mondays to remain in the game.
Three points are earned when you share your victories or challenges in the Fitness Game with someone in your life.
Two points are scored for participating in a weekly call (about ten to twenty minutes) with the members of your Fitness Game Team. The intent of the call is to report on results, support one another, and share strategies for winning the game.
Three points are earned for participating in a program-wide weekly webinar for 30-40 minutes.
