One point is scored by consuming the required daily amount of water. The required number of ounces is equal to your body weight in pounds divided by 2. For example a person who weighs 200# should consume at least 100 oz of water.
(Note: for any beverages containing caffeine, diet soda, coffee, tea, etc… an additional 2 oz of water should be consumed for every 1 oz of beverage consumed to offset the diuretic effect of caffeine.)
One point is scored for taking all vitamins and supplements YOU are committed to taking on a daily basis.
Three points are scored when the food you ate all day is according to your plan.
Two points are score when the amount of food you ate all day is according to your plan.
Two points are scored when you ate food at times according to your food plan.
Three points are scored when you go all day without eating any foods which are not part of your authorized nutrition plan.
One point is scored for earning all other nutrition points available for the day. Water, Vitamins, all 5 meal points and the No Cheat points. When you score all those take one more!!
